Having had no success with the NHS with regard to my hair loss, after some research I was fortunate enough to find Ben. From the moment I met him I knew I was in good hands and that I had found the right person to help me. He went into great detail to explain the causes and the treatment options for my hair recovery. After the initial consultation I feel that I have found a true professional who I can trust and I feel sure his expertise will help me through this situation.

Fantastic clinic! I can't remember the name of the consultant I saw, but they were incredibly knowledgeable & informative, the experience massively helped putting my concerns at ease. As someone who has a good amount of health anxiety and a slight obsession with reading things online (I imagine this can be quite frustrating for health professionals), I found the consultant to be very kind and understanding, not dismissing the mental aspect of my issue. They didn't put any pressure on me to buy expensive treatments and products, no gimmicks, just science and facts and practical advice. I'd recommend this clinic to anyone who has a hair/scalp concern, I'm very glad I came in, instead of relying on confusing information found online and buying unsuitable products that end up at best not working or at worst making the situation worse.
