Gemma the receptionist was welcoming, polite and courteous. She offered me coffee ☕️ with a cup of water as it was a very hot day during my appointment. Susan, the wig stylish was lovely, patience made me feel at ease and really helpful. The only small snag is that there weren't enough brightly colours wigs to select from. I do realise that some people may like to be discreet when wearing wigs but I love wigs with different colours or two colfor contrast such as boob length black at the back and light brown at the front of two colours in one wigs.
