Tense atmosphere as soon as i went in , staff were staring us down insinuated we were stealing then approached us unprofessionally . felt VERY racially charged as me and my friend are both WOC

I bought a scissor from them and I didn't open it untill I went back home and the scissor was terrible and gapped in the middle and when I returned they said we don't take scissors back or change them and nobody told me that when I bought it.
