I have for years suffered with androgenetic alopecia and tried to hide it. I thought about getting a wig but it seemed such a big scary step. I am so glad that I found Natalie at Treloggan Wigs who from the moment I contacted her by email was friendly, professional and so encouraging. It was great being able to have a private consultation at her home. She had a selected a number of wigs and toppers to show me based on the information I had provide via email and her expertise was clear as she had selected a topper that was absolutely perfect for me. The appointment was also really relaxed and she showed me how to put the topper on, gave me advice on how to style it so it looks natural and also guidance on how to wash and care for it. She also cut the topper to the style I wanted (with a fringe) and I was able to wear it home. I can't tell you how much I love it, how natural it looks and how much confidence it has given me. I did tell some friends that I was going to get a topper and they have all said how perfect it is and how it just looks like my real hair. My only regret is that I didn't come and see Natalie earlier. So if you are reading this but scared to take that step then just do it because Natalie will help you find a solution that is right for you.

Private, friendly but professional experience of choosing a wig. Natalie made me very relaxed and had a great selection of wigs to choose from. She asked what type of style I was looking for and then brought out lots of options. I learned how to put the wig on, how to wash and care for it and how to secure it. Natalie also offered to trim my wigs however, I already had a hairdresser organised. I would highly recommend
