From my first meeting with Tracey and Luke they have been nothing but professional, friendly and empathetic. I was rather anxious about getting a hair system but Tracey very honestly pointed out all of the cons as well as the pros of having one so my expectations were true and realistic. I had the system fitted yesterday and I’m very happy with the results. Takes some getting used to at first having had rubbish hair for so long ! I’m a driving instructor and have been honest with my pupils about the system, they all absolutely love it, they reckon it’s taken years off me. The system needs to settle down and needs some fine tuning ( still a bit long and thick) and I need to get the hang of styling so much hair but I’m sure these are just teething issues. Over all I can’t thank Tracey and Luke enough and look forward to future visits.

A top tier place to get anything to do with hair done. The team at Hair Solutions are nothing but professional, courteous and discreet; I even get a coffee when I walk in! I got my first system from another provider but when that proved too far away, I found HS and I haven’t looked back. They always make you feel comfortable and will spend any extra time needed to make your hair perfect. The systems they provide are elite; I felt a notable difference from my first system to this new one provided by Hair Solutions. When choosing a new system they talked me through the pro’s and con’s of every type, and allowed me ample time to mull it over. The aftercare provided has been very thorough and my hair care routine has greatly benefited from their guidance. I would never consider going anywhere else!
