CONSULTATION: Nailed it. Johan talked me through everything with no rush and zero pressure. He completely understood any concerns without judgement and put my mind totally at rest. I left as prepared as I could be for the actual fitting. FITTING: Amazing. The colour match was incredible so the blend between the system and my own hair is completely invisible. A head-mash to begin with, just as Johan had prepped me, as you can't imagine how big an impact a system makes. But just a couple of weeks in, I'm already past the initial "whaaat?!", and on to genuinely enjoying the results and the major confidence boost. AFTERCARE: Flawless. Johan has followed up regularly since the fitting and responds to any questions/concerns super fast. Johan absolutely knows his stuff, is a genuinely sound guy to deal with and cares about making sure you're totally informed, supported and ultimately chuffed with the results. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.

I went to Smitin hair systems in October, after considering my options and was extremely happy with the results. Having had the hair system for just over a month, I’ve had nothing but good comments from everyone about how natural it looks and how the colour match was perfect. So understandably I’m very happy with the results. I received great care and expertise at my appointments, along with after care instructions. Having done some prior research into prices at other places, I’d say Smitin hair systems is around average, but with above average quality, making it worth it! Only thing worth noting is that the appointments are up a set of steep stairs which maybe something to consider/inform them, if you have mobility issues.

From the consultation nearly 2 years ago, to every appointment ever since, Johan has been amazing throughout the whole process! He’s answered any questions I had, made everything feel so natural and provided amazing advice. I would 100% recommend him to anyone, 10/10!!!

Johan has been great since the first consultation. He takes great care to create a safe environment, which is important, especially when it feels like a vulnerable thing! My hair changed texture and started thinning after being on testosterone for a while, and it really threw me, so this has really helped. I'm glad I found Johan - he's really restored my confidence!
