I was extremely pleased with the result of my consultation with Dr Pratsou. I found her to be attentive and understanding, she dealt with my problem with knowledge, advice, cream and kindness, enabling me to feel relief from my eczema problem overnight! I would definitely visit Dr Pratsou again without hesitation.

We are so grateful to Dr Pratsou for the kindness and understanding she showed towards my 20-year old Grandson when she assessed his skin recently. He had seen a series of GP's who had given conflicting advice and did not refer him to Dermatology. Consequently we booked this one off appointment. Dr Pratsou explained everything in detail and listened to all his thoughts carefully. She gave him a clear treatment plan which really helped. Suffice to say that he was so much happier when he left than when he arrived! The GP letter was also sent quickly. Highly recommend this doctor.

Dr Pratsou has been just amazing with my daughter's treatment. She is kind and patient and very willing to listen and help. Her support throughout the treatment has been invaluable.
