My initial appointment was with Richard regarding a consultation for a potential hair transplant. I was soon put at ease as I had concerns about hair transplants really working, all my concerns were answered. I made the decision to have the procedure. I am now 4 years post transplant, the results are to my satisfaction and I feel more confident within myself. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company. The after care is amazing, showing they really care about you. I don't really write reviews but on this occasion I felt I had to due to the fantastic caring staff from start to finish. I got recommended to have a consultation with Richard from a friend. It was the best decision I have made in a long time. We had a very detailed first conversation about the procedure, things recommended and things not. I didn’t feel like a number to this clinic. They took all my concerns on board, and had a detailed answer for every query I raised. Richard recommended laser treatment before I had my hair transplant procedure. He went through all of the benefits, to which we then got started the following week. I had about 4 weeks of laser treatment. To which my scalp was responding well to! Fast forward 2 months I’ve now had the procedure. The healing process is going well! Im also continuing with around 4 months of laser treatment to make sure the quality of the hair continues to strengthen! I highly recommend IHS Reading! A fantastic team!

I am delighted with the results so far. My hair has been shedding and getting thinner over the last few years, but I am just over 3 months into my laser treatment and there is very noticeable regrowth. One very happy customer here and Richard and his team have been great!
