We had a wonderful experience with Dr Rafał Ignaczuk, who saw our son on Saturday. From the very beginning, his approach to children was absolutely excellent – full of positive energy and humour, very warm and reassuring. Our son felt comfortable and safe during the visit. Dr Ignaczuk carried out a very thorough examination, carefully checking everything and explaining things clearly to us as parents. We really appreciated his professionalism, patience, and genuine care. An outstanding doctor with a great attitude towards children. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dr Jacek Raszynski is a great doctor. He is very professional, knowledgeable and understanding. He listens to your concerns to help with your health issues and advises on the proper tests, examinations and treatment. I highly recommend Dr Raszynski to anyone looking for a specialist.

I had a very positive experience with this clinic for treatment of recurrent nosebleeds and nasal cauterisation. From start to finish, the care I received was professional, compassionate, and reassuring. Dr Barbara was excellent — calm, thorough, and very clear in her explanations. She carried out the cauterisation with great care, and when I needed a follow-up review, she reassessed everything carefully and ensured I felt fully supported. I would also like to specifically thank Martyna, the clinic manager, who was incredibly understanding and responsive. She took the time to read my concerns properly, reassured me, and arranged a complimentary follow-up appointment, which I truly appreciated. All staff I interacted with were friendly, polite, and helpful, which made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. The costs were reasonable for private care — not cheap, but fair given the quality of treatment and service provided. Highly recommend.
