My meeting with Amy was fantastic! She was open, friendly and reassuring. I can’t rate her highly enough. I’ve had similar consultations with other provider companies and none have managed to reassure me or connect enough to provide the comfort to move forward. Amy ticked every box and I appreciated her candour and professionalism. To top things off, she was friendly and engaging - and she even gave me a quick trim to keep me tidy until my next appointment! Had a really informative, helpful and understanding consultation with Amy today. Amy was particularly considerate and clearly wanted to help. It's clear that she is there to genuinely help customers, not to just make an easy sale. I was nervous initially, but speaking with her reassured me. She made sure to give out really detailed information of what to expect and explained to me the best options I had for ensuring a good experience with a hair system. The system that they use is quite creepily realistic when you touch it, but it gives you a good idea of what to expect and just why it will be a natural, authentic appearance. I really rated her, as well as my experience with Tom and another lady working there. I'd recommend the service to anyone! I am particularly excited to start my journey of having no worries about how windy it will be, or having to muck about trying to secure my hair to my head everyday.

I've been wearing these systems for a few years now and have a bespoke, 30cm length, female system. I can honestly say that these are the next best thing to having your own hair. It's a bit more work than a wig, but so many more benefits. I go to the gym and swim in mine without fear of it floating off down the pool! Bradley at the London (Kilburn) salon is an utter genius. He can fit, cut and style your system exactly as you like it (so talented). Thank you Jonas, Tom, Bradley and team for giving this girl a stunning, full head of hair again. I'd even go as far as to say that my system is better than my old, own hair was! It's truly a life changing and life enhancing service you all offer.
