I will never go back to that place again. A girl named Kiran cut my hair, and despite showing her a reference picture of the style I wanted, she completely ruined it. I went to Supercuts right after, and even the staff there were shocked by the state of my hair.Please don’t get impatient and go there . Avoid . Also she kept answering her call in between the hair cuts . Really disappointed. ☹️ paid 35£ to ruin my hair .My hair cut and the reference pic I showed is attached below. It literally looks like a child played with scissors. I have attached another photo after wash . The girl didn’t even realized her mistake or said sorry 👏. Have a bit of shame . I wish I could just sue these fake people . -> Please review all the feedback carefully; it appears that many of the reviews may have been written by relatives or family member.

Staff nice enough but the workmenship is not. I had a voucher 25 for 50 I used it to have tint brow and eyelashes and hair cut. The place was not heated in February in 6 degrees sitting on the chair wasn't easy. My brow tint came uneven and had to be corrected and still didn't came up nice apparently because I didn't want a threading.i don't think any amount of threading would fix that..

I visited hoping to replace an extra-long curling wand, and when I asked the man at the till if they had any in stock - he laughed and said that there is no such thing (rude and incorrect). Highly recommend to train staff on basic hair products if you're going to open a store like this.
