Great experience with Lana. You pay for a consultation but this provides a perfect opportunity to assess each other. Lana had the chance to give an honest professional opinion about my hair and I had the opportunity to decide whether I felt confident with her. The resulting appointment was then stress free. The cut and colour were just as discussed and I will definitely return.

After using Lana for almost 2 years and never missing an appointment or being late I was amazed at her lack of empathy when I couldnt attend due to a family emergency. Lana refused to reimburse my deposit of £63 or let me use it against a future appointment. Flexibility should work both ways especially when you are a regular customer. Appalling behaviour.

Having been lucky enough to find this hairdresser almost 2 decades ago, it should go without saying that she's extremely versatile and talented, as I've never gone anywhere else! Back in my "emo" days, Lana was consistently amazing at creating beautiful, unique mixes of vibrant non-natural colours. With the must-have side fringe and layers of the time, of course! I'll admit I was quite demanding - wanting to change from blue to orange to purple over the span of a few months - and thanks to her my hair never fell out! Now older and wiser, Lana helps me maintain a cool, natural looking ashy blonde which is NOT an easy task considering I'm naturally a redhead. She's never let me walk out feeling unhappy, and additionally, she always has an open ear and a kind word for the gossip/drama I inevitably end up sharing. Now she's also teaching hairdressing part time I feel slightly more reassured that the next generation of hairdressers won't be giving choppy cuts and burning hair to a frizz!
