Recently had my transplant and the experience was great. Dr. Fran and the technicians made everything very easy and comfortable throughout. They were very welcoming and supportive. Looking forward to seeing the results!

I want to congratulate the entire team at Headquarters Cardiff for their immaculate work and outstanding professionalism. The staff were amazing, guiding me with respect and care through every step of the process. From my first contact with Richard, who made me feel confident and well-informed, to Dr. Shah, whose knowledge and attention to detail are truly exceptional, every part of my experience was handled perfectly. The technicians also deserve huge credit for their skill and dedication throughout the procedure. As a barber, I understand how important great customer service and precision are, and these guys truly set the standard. They’re the best in the market, I honestly can’t recommend them enough. If I could give 10 stars I would. The whole team from my very first contact with Richard were simply superb and they went above and beyond in every way. They were very understanding when I could not attend my original appointment and genuinely cared about me as a client, arranging a second date for my procedure, essentially at a loss to them within a month. Communication was brilliant and the procedure and day there was a relaxed and stress free experience with an amazing team of people looking after me. I'd like to say a special thanks to Dr Shah, Mel, Bolu, Crystal and Carys who are highly skilled, friendly and made the day run so smoothly. The aftercare is second to none and I have had previous experience with a transplant clinic, The Westminster Clinic in Harley Street, London to be precise. They took the payment, did a very shoddy job and then sent me out the door with no instructions for after care, sleeping advice and even wearing a baseball cap less the 30 mins after my procedure. If you want the best it simply has to be headquarters and the prices are incredible for the service you receive.
