This review is about my experience at the Ellesmere location with Dr. Gupta. From the very first phone call, the receptionist was super friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and booked me a free consultation with Dr. Gupta. The clinic is on the 4th floor of a hospital mall, really easy to get to. When I arrived for my appointment, Dr. Gupta greeted me personally and we sat down. He’s the type of doctor who tells you the truth, sets realistic expectations, and doesn’t rush you at all. He answered everything I threw at him. Honestly, he’s a really cool guy, someone I could see myself being friends with. That’s how comfortable he made me feel. The quote I got on the phone and the quote he gave me in person were exactly the same. And honestly, I think they should be charging more. He gave me a list of things I’d need for aftercare plus the prescriptions I’d have to fill. I stayed at a hotel about 10 minutes away the night before and the night after the procedure. The weather the morning of was terrible, if I hadn’t stayed nearby, I probably would’ve been late. If you’re traveling from few hours away, I highly recommend getting a hotel. On the day of the procedure, they took photos, Dr. Gupta went over everything again, and then we got started. I kept an earbud in one ear most of the day, it helped pass the time because it's a long day. Throughout the day, Dr. Gupta and his team kept checking in on me, making sure I was comfortable. Their level of care is honestly excellent. By the end, I was tired and just wanted to go back to my hotel, but one of the staff wouldn’t let me leave until she double-checked and triple-checked everything. It had been a long day for everyone, so I really respected how much pride they took in the details. I’m on day 5 of recovery now, and every night around 9 or 9:30 p.m., Dr. Gupta calls me personally to check in. There’s never anything unexpected, everything is exactly what he told me to expect. He always reminds me I can call him directly for any reason. The level of care has been amazing, honestly. I’m looking forward to seeing the results in the new year, and I have no doubt they’ll be fantastic. If you’re reading this review, have no doubt you cannot go any higher in professionalism and experience than this clinic!

The Doctor and his team were so kind and professional helped me through every step of the procedure, Transformed my hair and transformed my life in only 7 months after its night and day, couldn’t be happier!
