After losing my hair to chemo, I thought I’d need a wig. Initially, the one I liked at this salon was one that had been used as a shop one. It was in ok condition and I’d have to wait a few months for a new one. So, I stupidly bought it, along with another one. I then bought the same style in a different colour which was new. It looked so different from the used shop one. I then, again, stupidly waited for a new one of the original used one, after waiting a while for it to come in. When it arrived, I actually realised that I didn’t actually like wearing wigs and so asked if they would take it back. The manager said NO. Stating that it may have been worn, which it had not been. It was still wrapped and boxed. I’m angry as they were happy to sell me a wig that had been on many heads and for goodness knows how long it’s been used. I’d spent over £400 back then in this shop, and also got an NHS wig. I wouldn’t recommend this salon for your wig, as their customer service stinks and they are only concerned about making money. Also, don’t be as silly as me and buy lots of wigs. You may not enjoy wearing them.

I had the best experience with Sarah. After some ill health I've been experiencing hairloss. I lost my confidence, my hair was my identity! After showing some photos of what I used to look like I left with a brilliant wig that made me feel like my old self. I can't thank Sarah and the team enough!

Many thanks to Sarah for being so helpful & patient with me on Wednesday for my first ever wig fitting prior to starting chemotherapy next week. I advised Sarah on the colours & style I was after as I wanted to look as natural as I could. Sarah listened, brought me a few wigs to try on & also gave truthful advise regarding what suited & what didnt, which was very much appreciated. To my surprise, you couldn't tell I had a wig on as they did look so natural. I was so lucky to have been able to come home with the fourth one I tried on & I am pleased to say that I am getting used to putting it on myself. Thanks for making an emotional stressful situation so relaxed & "normal", it was just like stepping into the hairdressers.
