I have been coming to Tracey at Elite for a couple of years now and would not trust anyone else with my hair! Tracey really is a miracle worker I came to her with extremely damaged hair after having poorly fit extensions elsewhere. I had not been anywhere since purely out of fear following my bad experience. I was anxious and embarrassed to show my hair it really effected my self confidence! Tracey is patient, professional and most importantly understanding. She has empathy and a passion for giving people their confidence and making them feel the best they can. Not only has she brought my natural hair back to life but she has given me gorgeous locks time and time again. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Everything arrived super fast and the training info and videos were clear and easy to follow , a bonus to be able to jump back and forward to help refresh your memory. I also purchased a extra hair system which arrived quickly and was perfect on my model for my assessment. Super pleased and will continue to use Elite.
