CoLaz Advanced Aesthetics Clinic - Slough

I was interested in six sessions of bikini hair removal. I went for a patch test and after a short explanation of the process I was surprised that the test was carried out without gel and on my bikini area. It felt like lots of tiny pin pricks at the same time. I was then given a price 30% more than advertised online and told this ‘offer’ price was only available until the end of the day and I would need to pay in full that day. None of this sat well with me as I felt under pressure to committee there and then so I left. A few days later I went for a patch test at a different clinic in the area. I was given a full explanation about hair growth, the machine and process before a patch test was carried out using gel on the inside of my arm. The clinician explained that the inside of the arm is a sensitive area that can give a better indication on how you react to the laser. There was a feeling of bearable heat as opposed to pin pricks, he explained that the gel is an important conductor that protects the skin. He also explained that a test should never be done on the actual area to be treated as this will count as 1 measure of exposure and can not be treated for 3-4 weeks. The price for 6 sessions was as advertised online and he advised I could go away and think about it and give them a call when I was ready. 2 very different experiences.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ELECTROLYSIS. My face has been scarred due to overtreatment. The skin is hard, bumpy and has pits in it. I heard sizzling and felt tugging when having treatment, which SHOULD NOT happen. I have emailed, rang and left voicemail all of which have been ignored. Still waiting for the manager at Colaz to address this serious issue. Absolutely appalling. Quite happy to take your money, and keep your money, ignore customer feedback after having caused permanent damage to your face. Please avoid and go elsewhere where the standards are safe. These photos were taken today - over 2 months since my treatment. I followed all aftercare advice, this is purely a result of malpractice.

I purchased a full body laser package at CoLaz Slough about a month ago, and I’m already seeing such a difference! The results have been amazing so far. The staff are absolutely lovely — super friendly, professional, and they always make me feel comfortable. I was a bit awkward at first about the more intimate areas, but they were so reassuring and made me feel completely safe and at ease. I couldn’t recommend CoLaz enough — fantastic experience from start to finish!
