Where do I start, let’s talk about how I haven’t been to a hairdresser for a while now! So was praying to finally find a professional who could elevate my look. Which she did! Booking with Shanay and purchasing what she recommends from her hair collections, for what ever style you are trying to achieve you won’t be disappointed as I wasn’t. I wasn’t sure what I needed to bring with me to my appointment but her salon had everything covered. I had a birthday celebration to attend last minute and she went above and beyond to give me a emergency appointment to get me sorted in time for this which I really appreciated. Shanay treated me like a Queen in her palace from offering me snacks to wine. When it came to my install, she was so gentle with braiding my hair, which was so important as I have sensitive areas, she talked me through everything I needed to possibly know regarding my hair, the hair style I chose and the upkeep of the instal. I definitely will be booking again! Just would like to thank you so much Shanay for your professionalism and turning me back into a beauty. Also Big thank you to hair collections for providing the high quality product needed for my flawless instal.

I’m honestly in love with this custom colour and install! 😍 The tone is such a perfect warm, dimensional brown. It suits my skin tone so well and has that effortless, luxury finish. The install itself is flawless. The hairline looks super natural and it sits so comfortably. The blend is seamless! I’ve had so many compliments already! I highly recommend Shanay she is honestly such a lovely person. So so welcoming from the moment you walk in and instantly makes you feel comfortable. She’s hilarious and keeps the whole appointment fun with constant laughs, but at the same time she’s so down to earth and easy to talk to. It genuinely feels like you’re with a friend, not just at an appointment. Such good vibes all round 🤍✨ Thank you so much. ❤️

One of the best Hair experiences I’ve ever had, absolutely loved the service. Shanay does everything that she needs to to make sure that you are happy when you leave that chair. She gives you all the information needed to maintain the wig and the install. Very hard to find good stylists these days that are still professional and actually know what they’re talking about! Will be returning 1000%!
