From my initial enquiry to my follow‑up after the procedure, I’ve always been treated with care and efficiency. The service felt genuinely personal rather than rushed or impersonal. From my first meeting with Dr Hamza, I was given an honest and realistic assessment of my hair. He didn’t sugar-coat anything, which I really respected and appreciated. On the day of the procedure, Dr Hamza, Georgia, and the team of girls who worked on me were amazing. They kept me calm throughout and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. I was very relaxed during the procedure, which made a big difference, and I’m genuinely grateful to everyone involved. I’m now in the aftercare stage, and Dr Hamza has been checking in daily, reassuring me and guiding me through the aftercare, which is strict but very easy to follow. It’s not an easy decision or process to go through initially, but they really do make it as smooth and comfortable as possible. I’ll be leaving another review once I see the final results, but for now I’d highly recommend the clinic and say a big thank you to Dr Hamza, Georgia, and the whole team.
