Maddy was super friendly and professional, and she made me feel really comfortable about getting SMP. I’ve had two sessions for my thinning hair, and the results are amazing. Before, my buzz cut showed a lot of scalp and made me feel self-conscious. Now it gives the illusion of a much fuller head of hair, such a confidence boost! I've suffered with hair loss for years, 2 hair transplants later I've finally buzzed it down, SMP has created a thicker look from the eye. The treatment wasn’t painful at all. You can feel it happening, but the discomfort is minimal. Recovery was super easy too, just avoid getting it wet for a few days and try not to scratch while it heals. I was able to go about my normal routine right away. I only took one ibuprofen when I got home, but honestly, there was no real pain. 1st photo is 1 day after and 2nd photo is before. So photo 1 is still in healing stage, before I can wash and get it wet. But you can see a massive difference.

Over the past 2 months I’ve been having microneedling sessions at the Soku Clinic, and the results have been amazing so far. Clare, my Aesthetician, is incredibly knowledgeable and has been amazingly patient answering all of my questions, ensuring I have knowledge about the procedures, aftercare as well as other ways I can improve my skin at home. I've had two sessions so far and my skin already looks smoother and more clear, and I’m excited to continue my treatments and improve my skin under the guidance of the team. I have recently been visiting Soko clinic to have my existing tattoo’d eyebrows removed and subsequently changed to semi permanent makeup brows. I have been very nervous about having this done and it has taken me sometime to take the plunge. Maddie has been amazing - not only has she totally put me at ease and given me the confidence to go ahead with the treatment - she has also been very professional whilst doing the treatment.
