Having suffered from a 'scabby' scalp and thinning hair for over a year and being unhappy with the treatment prescribed by my GP, I made the decision to consult a Trichologist. From communicating with Deborah via email, having found her on Google, to having nearly an hour's consultation, medication advice and ongoing support, I have found Deborah to be very knowledgeable, professional, approachable and understanding. The treatment she advised appears to be working and I look forward to seeing her again after the advised 90 days. After 6 months of the doctors 'scratching their head' (pardon the pun) at my scalp patches, I booked to see Deborah. She spent over an hour looking at me, and listening to my symptoms, and suggested condition and treatment, while I awaited my Hospital Dermatology consultation. She contacted my Surgery and suggested further blood tests. Well, I'm just back from my long awaited appointment, and everything Deborah suggested was correct, and I've been told to continue. After having a very bad experience at the hands of a hairdresser. I made an appointment with Deborah to see if she could assess the damage that had been done to my hair. Deborah was amazing from the start, she took samples, talked me through a treatment plan and even gave me treatment right there and then. She went above and beyond to help me.
