I Went to see Lisa after large areas of my hair fell out. A difficult time impacting on personal wellbeing Lisa was respectful understanding and very thorough in her assessment giving advice and treatment suggestions. Lisa followed up regularly and after following her advice my hair began to grow back today not only has it grown back but also the pigment is returning ready for my sons wedding in three weeks. This has improved confidence and mental wellbeing I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone who is having issues with their hair.

Lisa has helped me so much with advice regarding my hair loss and has made me a lovely long, wavy hair topper, that I requested and need to use, to help cover my hair thinning. She has been very kind, patient and so helpful, talking about ideas to help me with my problem and giving good advice and ideas about my hair topper too. It has made me feel more "normal" when i wear it. It's an awful and embarrassing thing, hair loss and thinning, but Lisa helps so much and I also intend to book with her for "Root reset", and to try and understand what's caused it and try and take steps to hopefully reverse it. I have been suffering from recurrent episodes of telogen effluvium over the past 5 years. Whilst I know my hair always grows back after these episodes, it has never really returned to its former glory. Last September I visited Lisa at Synergy for advice on restoring its lustre and how to keep my new growth in my head! Three months later my hair is thicker, growing and generally feels in good condition…. I’m even getting comments on its shine. The before and after photos are probably all the evidence you need.
