I went for a standby appointment with Angelica, and asked her to cut and thin my hair. I have never had so many compliments about my hair before, I love the quiet way she has, it allows you to relax and enjoy the pampering, and of course the latte and pastry were very welcome. I have been a client here for years now and it is simply the best. Five Stars

I've been a client since April this year, and I am happy to share my wonderful experience with this great establishment. From the moment I stepped through their doors, I have consistently been met with impeccable service that goes above and beyond expectations. One of the standout features of Image International is their commitment to providing a truly indulgent experience! :) During each visit, I have been treated to a complimentary shoulder or head massage, which definitely adds an extra touch of relaxation to my time spent here. On my most recent visit, my stylist surprised me with a hand and arm massage, which I absolutely loved. This level of personalised care is what sets them apart. What impressed me was their dedication to customer satisfaction. Although I encountered a slight issue during one of my recent visits, where I wasn't entirely satisfied with the colour, the staff at the salon swiftly jumped to rectify the situation. They were genuinely concerned about my happiness and ensured that the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. Not only did I not have to pay for the correction, but they continued working on it until I was happy with the result. Their commitment to ensuring a positive outcome speaks volumes about their professionalism. The coffee, cold drinks, and biscuits provided to clients are delicious, too! It's these small details that make every visit to the salon a very pleasant one. Additionally, there are quality hair-care products available for purchase. I appreciate their non-pushy approach; there is no hard sell. This level of integrity is commendable. My stylist, Lois, has been really lovely and professional. I hope I am not mispronouncing her name, but regardless, she has made me love my hair colour again :) This salon creates an atmosphere where clients can feel pampered and valued. I would definitely recommend it!

I had my first appointment today at Image International (31/08). It was a very welcoming and friendly experience. My stylist was Sophie and she was absolutely brilliant to say the least, easy to talk to and always made sure I was comfortable and she talked through everything she was doing! Most importantly Sophie did an amazing job with my hair! I couldn't ask for better! I would definitely recommend Image International and stylist Sophie and I will definitely be returning when I am due for another appointment. :)
