I found olivia lovely then she sent me a photo of the wig; looked great, arrived and the colour was nothing like the photo she sent, i was so heartbroken, she used a filter. Its alot of money to spend , to be sent the wrong thing and when I wont leave my house due to hair loss; she left me in bits

I can’t thank the team enough for the service they offered us this weekend. They went above and beyond to make the whole experience so positive for us. We had travelled a long way so they got everything sorted for us so quickly. They were kind, caring, and genuinely supportive. Nothing was ever too much trouble. You could tell they truly understood what we were going through, and that made all the difference. The quality of the hair is incredible. The hairline looks so natural and if it wasn’t for seeing the wigs finally with my own eyes (after about a year of following and debating whether to book an appointment) I wouldn’t believe it wasn’t real! To the wonderful ladies at the salon, please never change. You have no idea how much light you bring into the world by doing what you do. Thank you xxx

The telephone consultation was helpful, as she took the time to discuss in-depth how to wear wigs and answered all my questions. The wig itself is absolutely stunning - I fell in love with it instantly! I booked the wig fitting and she cut the lace for me and patiently explained everything I needed to know about maintaining and styling the wig. The service was truly superb, and it made me feel confident and comfortable with my new wig.
