Aderans Trendco Midlands

Lovely experience today at Aderans with Naomi today. I was very anxious before going (to the point I nearly cancelled) but as soon as I walked in, I was made to feel very welcome. Offered a coffee (which was lovely and a little biscotti with it.☺️) and Naomi listened to my concerns and needs and she offered me lots of different options and advice. I tried on different pieces which was fun! So weird having lovely hair! She wasn't pushy and after "the sale." I *think* I've found the hair! But Naomi suggested to go and have a look on their website at other pieces to then contact them so they can order them in for me to go back to try and absolutely no pressure to commit which is so lovely because it's such a big step for me. Naomi was very understanding and sympathetic to my hair loss. Looking forward to going back and playing around with some new hair! Fantastic experience with my mom. She was really nervous about having an appointment but Naomi spent a lot of time with her, going through everything at her pace no pressure to buy anything, extremely attentive and nothing was too much trouble. I would also like to say a big thank you to Marie on reception who makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door - our experience was so good my mom went back for another piece, thank you Naomi x

My wife had a consultation today for a wig due to hair loss from chemotherapy. The standard of service was first class putting my wife and I fully at ease with this difficult part of her cancer journey. The consultant was very knowledgeable and showed great empathy throughout our visit. All advice was given in a friendly, detailed manner, which in turn made the visit very rewarding. My wife was delighted with her purchase, and it brought her great comfort in what is a difficult treatment process. First class service, which brought a lot of comfort and confidence with the wig that was purchased. I could not recommend this business highly enough.

Very helpful and sensitive assistance with choosing and fitting a wig for me. I have hair loss due to chemotherapy. The range of wigs was remarkable & the one I chose is comfortable & so realistic that no one knows I am wearing a wig. The shop is also easy to find - good parking & pleasant environment at a canal side marina.

As soon as we walked in the door, we were made welcome and my wife was spoke to by name immediately. We were shown to the consulting room and offered a drink prior to Jess introducing herself. After consulting with my wife, Jess immediately knew what Pat was after and came back with a selection of wigs to try, in colours and styles that were to suit what my wife had requested. Once she realised that my wife was a retired hairdresser, Jess asked if she wanted to dress the wig herself, and made sure that all aspect of lighting and mirror views were covered. Eventually everything was sorted, with contact to be made to another branch to sort the requested wig and colour. The service, discretion, empathy and sincerity that Jess portrayed was amazing,
