I recently completed the Laser Tattoo Removal, PMU Removal, and Carbon Facial training course, and it was fantastic from start to finish. The training combined detailed theory with hands-on practice, giving me real confidence to perform treatments safely and effectively. Alex and Dawn were knowledgeable, supportive, and made everything easy to understand. I especially loved the step-by-step guide for after you finish the course, this made everything feel so much simpler. Their ongoing support is amazing too, they’re always there to help with any questions you may have, no matter how silly it might sound! Fantastic experience training with laser hair removal and tattoo removal here these last two days! Both Alex and dawn have been fantastic and so friendly! I recently completed my Tattoo/PMU/Skin Pigmentation Laser Removal + Carbon facial , training at Alex James Training Academy and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. A huge thank you to Dawn and Alex for such an incredible course. From the very first enquiry, throughout the training days, and even now afterwards, they have both been so supportive, approachable, and genuinely invested in my success. It was absolutely worth the 6-hour drive to train with them! The academy itself is impeccable, such a relaxed and welcoming environment, yet everything is taught with so much precision and professionalism. You can really tell they care about high standards and doing things properly. I even left with my own machine at the end (and yes… I got to choose the colour I wanted! 😂) what could be better than not having to wait for the machine to be delivered? and drove all the way back home feeling fully confident and ready to start. I’ve already begun working straight away, knowing I have their full support behind me. Any questions I have, Alex and Dawn replies ASAP, which gives you so much reassurance when you’re starting out.
