Nicola came in as a volunteer at St benedicts hospice where my mum is currently resident. After a brief discussion about how she wanted her hair to be cut it was cut exactly as requested. My mum is bed bound which was not an issue and we are really grateful.

When I first started, my hair was a deep dark brown and I was determined to go platinum blonde. I'd tried other salons before, but they always ended up damaging my hair and giving it weird tones, so I'd go back to dark. But Nicola's approach has been totally different. They prioritize my hair's health, and I love that they explain every step of the process. As a result, I've had way less breakage and damage, and I've even managed to keep my hair length. Plus, their advice on after-care has been super helpful - I've totally revamped my hair routine at home. I also did an olaplex treatment with my colour. Loved it!
