Had my procedure at the beginning of 2024 and thought I would give the transplant plenty of time to heal and grow before reviewing, and my overall thought is that I am pleased with the results be EXTREMELY careful before coming to these guys, I feel they’re more in the business of making money than anything else, I had an over the phone consultation and sent photos of my temple and a FUE transplant of 2,500 grafts for £7,500 were agreed upon only for Dr.Arshad to then change it the morning of anyway which can put people in positions where they feel they’re can’t say no and end up paying way more than what they can’t afford which surely makes these over the phone consultations pointless because they obviously can’t determine what you need until they see you face to face anyway? was then surprised to discover it isn’t actually Dr.Arshad doing the job anyway and I was left with three young nurses which wasn’t a problem as they were wonderful with me but maybe don’t advertise Dr.Arshad’s ‘world class’ work if you’re not actually going to be delivering it, also found the after care a bit lacking, I was given a bag with medication in but for the money spent maybe a check up to see how recovery would have been nice, all in all it’s an beautiful clinic and the staff are tentative but for £15,000 you’d hope they would be. Also don’t know what these generic responses are about saying they can’t find anyone on their records then reporting the review, so below is some evidence I did indeed undergo their treatment

Had a great experience at The Hair Dr. The team was professional, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly, and the results have genuinely boosted my confidence. Highly recommend them!

**Reposting a review as it looks like they’ve deleted mine or it’s been taken down for some reason** If you can take nearly 10k of my money with nothing to show for it, then I can leave my perfectly fine and honest review here. 1. They decided to ramp up the procedure cost on the day AFTER cutting off my fringe when we came to an agreement of price beforehand. 2. Thought Dr. Arshad was the one who was performing the entirety of the procedure but turns out it was just some nurses who were doing it where he occasionally came in here and there. Was I not paying specifically for his expertise for the price?? 3. Aftercare nonexistent, no follow ups or messages on text/whatsapp once it was done and I was home to see how I was or any questions etc… 4. Gone a full year before giving my review on here about the procedure because it was only fair I gave them time for it to heal and grow (which it never did) 5. Once I reached out to them they basically just blamed my hair for the outcome and that it could happen to anyone (looks like most people here had the same terrible result) 6. They are unfortunately people who prey on people who desperately want their hair fixed or improved, while promising them the world that it will be amazing and the whole song and dance along with it but not delivering the results they promised for me and what it looks like, multiple other people. 7. To finish off, I highly advise anyone looking for a good quality hair transplant to take their hard earned money elsewhere who actually know what they’re doing.
