I have been happy with my results from the treatment. My hair was thinning and affecting my confidence. It's been great seeing the progress and how the treatment is working to regrow my hair. The clinic environment was clean, professional and comfortable. Sue is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and polite. I felt comfortable during the treatments.

Genuinely impressed! I was infected with sepsis 9 years ago during pregnancy and my hair has never been the same as I suffered massive hair loss and it's continued to thin over the years. After just a few treatments with sue I've noticed real growth, my hair feels so much thicker. It's the first time in years Ive felt happy with my hair. I’ve been visiting Sue for a while now. The process started off with me explaining why I think I had experienced hair loss and Sue gave me the hope of preventing any more and potentially helping it grow back! I was unsure to start with until she explained the process with her products and methods so I thought I’d give it a go. I’m so glad I did! My hair has definitely grown back significantly which I didn’t think would happen and I feel way less anxious to get older 😂(I’m 23) Thank you Sue for your help and making this a positive experience. Also once the numbing cream goes on the needing feels like a massage, and on top of that she offers drinks and biscuits while you’re in the massage chair!

Sue is very professional, she explains clearly what she is doing in terms of the procedure and products that she is using. She also is keeping close tabs on my treatments progress and showing me the changes to my hair which has shown great improvement since we started.
