I have had several services done by Debbie. She is absolutely fantastic at what she does and the hair I have lasts a really long time, every time. She deserves more recognition for her work, as she puts in 100% for every client she has. I do not understand the negative reviews that have been left, as I have seen not only her work, but her attitude, and both of which are wonderful. She truly loves what she does and that makes the world of difference, no job is too much, and she always works within my budget. Hair Care Bazaar may be a small salon, but with over 20 years of operation, and building this business from the ground up, it is honestly faultless. I couldn't sing her praises enough. If you're looking for extensions, Deb is your woman. I've been to many salons for the same services within the Swansea area and nobody does it like she does. Top quality service every single time. I had an absolutely terrible experience at this salon. From the start, the service was unprofessional and rude. While shopping for the extensions, the stylist was impatient and dismissive, saying things like "make up your mind," which should have been a red flag for me to walk out right then and there. Unfortunately, I decided to give them a chance, which turned out to be a huge mistake. The stylist double-layered the extensions to save herself time, which has now rendered them completely unusable. This is not only unprofessional but a complete waste of my money. When I called to explain the issue, hoping for a solution, she was incredibly rude and started shouting at me instead of offering any kind of help or apology. This entire experience has been a nightmare—unprofessional attitude, poor-quality work, and zero customer service. I regret ever stepping foot in this place.

Had my hair done by deb today. I originally went in yesterday for a colour match and deb didn’t have the perfect match in store so she ordered it in for me. Went in today at a time that worked for me and deb worked her magic. I had a blunt cut bob so wasn’t sure 18” weave extensions would blend but they were cut and layered so perfectly that you genuinely couldn’t tell they were extensions unless I told you. Thank you so much deb for making me feel a million dollars, see you again soon 💕
