I had a really lovely experience at the salon today. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable as soon as I walked in. I was being greeted and looked after by Seraya, and she was incredibly warm and professional. She really listened to what I wanted and understood my ideas straight away. I appreciated how attentive she was and how she made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. As a male client, I genuinely felt very well taken care of. Sereya was friendly and respectful, and I never once felt out of place. She even offered me hot tea and biscuits, which was such a thoughtful touch. It’s those small details that really made me feel welcomed and valued. As someone new to Swansea, I truly appreciated how comfortable and respected I felt during the whole visit. I’m very happy with the final result and it turned out exactly how I hoped. Thank you, Seraya, for your care and wonderful service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had hair extensions and it was nothing short of phenomenal. Absolutely incredible work done by Monte and everyone else there. Left 100% satisfied and happy. 10/10
