Love my braids the salon is lovely so friendly excellent at what they do

Had hair extentions with Nanice on 30th October. Firstly she was late to the appointment and left me standing outside a locked salon, she then charged me more at the till than what was agreed upon consultation and argued that the cost was because she mis matched my hair and needed a different colour that was not on "offer". Afyer arguing the cost I was STILL over charged and then she had the absolute cheek to ring me after I left asking for a beautician recommendation cpmpletely oblivious to the fact that I was upset cross and felt ripped off. I steessed the hair did not blend as well as expected and the cut was bad many a time but I was repeatedly told extentions dont grow... she wasnt even listening to me. Too busy doing the other peoples hair as she was running behind from being late to the shop. After 6 days the hair was hanging out and Nancie has refused to take ownership for this. She has blamed lack of care and hair growth for a sew in weave to fall out within 6 days. Despite me following the instructions advised by herself. She ignored my messages asking for help for days and then replied antagonisingly and patronising me claiming she offered to re do the hair - this was never the case and we have evidence. Have asked for a partial refund many times due to the sheer trauma of the experience to which I keep getting ignored. 2 weeks later and still having excuse after excuse after excuse. I have never had such bad experience in my life. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Would recommend! Did a wonderful job! Will definitely be going back next time I need a new look
