Visited Kerry at the Wig & Beauty Company with a friend whose having chemotherapy treatment. The whole experience was amazing! Kerry was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I went to see Kerry a few weeks ago after losing my hair through chemo. She was so lovely and knowledgeable and talked me through all my choices and put me at ease. I went to pick up my wig this week and was really pleased. I couldn't recommend her highly enough. What a lovely lady and her daughter Emily was also very helpful during my phone calls with her. My mum recently booked in for a synthetic wig, and the whole experience has been nothing short of amazing. After some health issues, we decided it was time for her to finally have the beautiful hair she’s always wanted. From the very first booking enquiry, Emily and Kerry were so accommodating, kind, and genuinely caring. At the consultation, my mum had a wonderful selection of wigs to try. She was even gently encouraged to step a little outside her comfort zone (and we’re so glad she did!) It was so much fun seeing how different styles transformed her look. The wigs looked incredibly natural, but the most special part was seeing my mum’s face light up when she saw herself with the hair she’d always dreamed of. Kerry and Emily were both so knowledgeable and really listened to what my mum wanted. After the consultation, Kerry even blow-dried and styled my mum’s natural hair so she didn’t have to leave feeling messy after trying everything on - such a thoughtful touch. When we collected the wig, Kerry layered and styled it exactly how my mum wanted. The attention to detail and care they show for their clients is truly admirable. We can’t recommend this company enough. Thank you both so much for giving my mum not just beautiful hair, but such a special experience.
