Jess is AMAZING! So calm, so attentive. Jess was warm and welcoming from start to finish. The Japanese Head Spa is absolutely 100% worth the money. Lovely relaxing experience with the added bonus that it could help improve my hair loss. Jessica took the time to explain everything & made the whole experience comfortable & relaxing. It was something I had never done before so didn’t really know what to expect. I would definitely visit again. The salon is well appointed & a nice environment where you are made to feel welcome.

Booked a Japanese head spa as a birthday treat to myself. Thoroughly enjoyed the spa experience and would highly recommend it. Friendly staff, great treatment and they made me feel very relaxed (I fell asleep during the treatment 🙈) My only negative is that the styling/blow drying afterwards wasn’t catered to Afro/Caribbean hair. I did ask at the time of booking if they cater for my hair type and was told yes, but it seems like that information wasn’t relayed to the staff. So my hair took longer to dry and style than they anticipated. I didn’t feel like they had the experience of dealing with black Afro hair so it wasn’t styled/managed well at all. That’s the only reason I wouldn’t give 5 stars but I’d be willing if the staff need more practice, to go back again for training purposes so that they have more exposure to dealing with customers with my kind of hair type.
