I turned up today for what I thought was my appointment with Natalie but somehow I'd got it wrong. Natalie herself wasn't free, but she did her best to accommodate me with one of her team stylists. Amelia then did my foils cut and style. All I can say is that she was wonderful ! Nothing was too much trouble for her, she was happy to give me advice on both my colour and style. I was a bit nervous, as we always are when we change hairdressers, but under the guidance of Natalie telling her about my coIour, there was no need to feel nervous at all ! Amelia, "THANK YOU", you did a great job, I walked out feeling really happy 😊 I would highly recommend Natalie, Amelia and the team at Monroes xx

I actually went in and booked a hair appointment for 3 of us 2 of us was at 1.15 and other(me) was at 2.15 When we arrived on Friday First Ladies went upstairs for her cut and blow dry, then my daughter in law went next they sat me in the seat next to here so we could still speak the whole 2.30 I was there I was not offered a drink even though she asked the junior to make her a coffee while she was cutting my hair But getting back to the lady who was first when she come downstairs there was a issue with her hair and because she asked them to correct it, which they did but there was a very frosty atmosphere after that,my own cut l was a one length bob with fridge the blow dry looked as if I had done it and greasy which isn’t what you except from going the hairdressers I felt she put no effort into it what’s so ever Comes to paying to be told that one cut was more because it’s with someone who charges more Why was we not told of this when we actually come into the shop to book And when I got home I had long strands dotted all round my hair I have had to go and get my hair correctly cut as when I looked properly it’s chopped and uneven Terrible service and terrible haircut certainly would not recommend that is ment to be a straight bob

It was amazing!! Lizz did a great job, she was lovely with my 5 year old and made her feel comfortable and was so patient with her which I loved. My girls pixie cut looks amazing!! 🖤

Amazing service had my hair done by Claire, absolutely over the moon with the results, thankyou so much, will definitely be back again.
