POOR QUALITY EXTENSIONS, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Don’t waste your money. Go with Beauty Works or another hair extension provider. I spent £350 of my hard earned money with Hair Rehab, and I have discoloured hair which is ratty and VERY poor quality. I have been wearing professional hair extensions for 18 years, and I’ve never had to complain or return anything once. This is the first time I’ve ordered from Hair Rehab, and their hair quality is not on par with other reputable brands - and also, their customer service is appalling. I saw there is other reviews on here where customers are complaining about the colour of the rooted blonde shade; which is exactly the colour I ordered. Firstly the colour is not remotely similar to the photos. But I decided to keep the extensions because at the time they were still a suitable match for my hair and looked nice. Scroll forward a month - the nano bond part of my hair has discoloured significantly (almost like the colour is stripped) leaving behind a baby pink tone. They are also ratty and have lost their shine. I use professional care products & have done absolutely nothing to damage them. Upon reporting this to Hair Rehab and simply just asking for a replacement of the nano-bonds - they have refused to replace the hair, despite clear photo evidence being provided showing the discolouring (I also have a weft from them which HAS retained its original colour - so it’s very clear the nano bonds are faulty or a poor quality batch given they’ve gone a totally different colour to the weft). They remained rigid in asking me to have my hair removed, at my own cost (£50) send it back, and wait 1 MONTH for them to decide ‘if’ they will give me a replacement. This was only £130 worth of the hair — I was not asking for a full replacement or even for a refund, which I could have done given the overall quality is not good anyway. I was really reasonable but it got me no where. The fact that they expect you to remove installed hair and send it back for inspection when it’s very clear there’s a fault from all the evidence supplied is not acceptable and would have left me feeling insecure, not to mention the significant level of effort & cost I would incur. The cost and effort is almost equal to the value of the replacement - so they expected me, the customer, to absorb further costs but when they explained to me their position I was told ‘it is expensive for them to replace it and they have checked the rest of the batch and can’t see any issues’. They were basically suggesting that there was nothing wrong & gave me 0 confidence the issue would be resolved. They didn’t once acknowledge the photos I sent. As a result I’m having to raise a dispute with my credit card provider to issue a chargeback. I didn’t actually want to do that, I just wanted them to replace my faulty nano-bonds, but the clear refusal along with rigid approach and not seeming to care whatsoever that they’ve had £350 of my money and not delivered the quality expected just tells me that this brand is not about promoting women beauty and confidence - in fact quite the opposite. There was a simple low cost solution to avoid all of this and they point blank refused to offer it. I have literally wasted £350 and as far as I’m concerned they have robbed me and taken money for a product which is clearly faulty and doesn’t meet the description. Immensely disappointing - don’t waste your money.
