Having tried a hair replacement from another company before back in early March 2024, I very nearly bailed on the whole idea. I found this place online, sent a message while on holiday in turkey and my consultation soon came around, having my system on to show Lorraine helped. Explaining my problems with it (bauld patch/horrendous itching/glue seeping out after one week) she convinced me to give her system a try. WOW what a difference, I wish I'd come here to start with. Everything is personalised and unrushed. Every effort is made to make you feel relaxed. My old system lasted a week and a half before it had to be removed. I've just had a refit today after 4 weeks! Two days ago I could feel it lifting in places but I work hard, all hours, gym, running around all day at work, past 4 weeks has had periods of high temperatures and I sweat a lot from my head but no problem at all. 10/10. Reassured. Paid the money. Got the result I wanted. Thank you Lorraine and Tilly 🙏 experience proves best and these guys know the game inside and out

The system I was sold changed colour after just one week. The system never felt like real hair. I told the salon I needed a replacement which eventually they agreed to but tried to charge me for the fitting of it which I refused. I ha e spoken to another one of their customers who is experiencing same issues with the systems. I will not be going back.

The team here really make you feel at home and seriously help build back my confidence that was sadly being lost - along with my hair. The consultation was really thorough practical advice and showed me everything to expect, along with an example of the system itself, the methods used to bond it on, and spent a lot of time with me answering any questions. It's worth going the distance for such a high standard of service here. I only came on here to grab the number to book in my next appointment but I couldn't help myself as there is hardly any reviews left here. Anyone who is anxious in any way, male or female, give them a call. It's the only thing I think you'll need to realise how good these guys are.

WOW!!, I can't tell you how much I Love my hair system, I've had really low self esteem for years, because of my receding hairline and bald spot. I had an instant Happy & Content feeling as soon as it was done. My stylist made feel at ease instantly, and I can't stop smiling, it has had an amazing effect, Can't recommend highly enough, Thank you guys xx

I have a fantastic experience at Designer Hair. I was new to Wakefield and not very familiar with the area. I needed to continue my Laser Treatment for my thinning hair and I have amazing results. Lauraine is very professional and knowledge and quickly identified my problem and provided the best solution for me.
