Emily was thorough, took a very detailed history of my condition & reviewed my hair & scalp using a special magnifying tool linked to her iPad so I could see what she could see. I had been told by a consultant that I had a condition that would cause permanent bald spots but Emily was able to confirm this is likely not the case. She has given me detailed advice & a treatment plan to follow should the condition recur after I stop taking antibiotics & I will review again if/when this occurs to confirm how the treatment progresses. I feel confident in Emily to support me going forward.
