My daughter has autoimmune skin issues and both hubby and wife were very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and their customer service was excellent. My daughter bought real hair extensions ( which there is a good variety of colours and boliages) and if they don't have your colour , they will contact the supplier for you. She bought one full pack and one pack of hair was split so that my daughter could have half a pack of the longer length and some free grips for her to sew in. The hair looks really lovely and she is very pleased with it. Thank you for your patience and kindness, we enjoyed shopping with you and will tell friends and family x

What a lovely experience getting two wigs to help my self confidence during cancer treatment. The owner was so friendly and welcoming with no judgement or awkwardness when I tried the wigs on. You can tell they really care about their customers as another lady came in who had been going to the shop for years and they were were on first name terms. Such good prices too. Thank you so much. I will likely be back! :)

went in for my holiday braids, kept getting told my hair made it super difficult to braid because she couldn't keep it in her hands. when she had finished the braids, she cut large chunks of my natural hair off without my consent. the braids literally lasted 2 days before they fell out, and when I took them out I had chunks of hair missing. overall not happy with the service and I feel my money has been robbed from me.
