I was a bit apprehensive about starting PRP, but decided it was better to act now rather than potentially seeing a decline due to putting it off. I messaged Chloe and she replied quickly and made the booking in process incredibly smooth, easy, and built my confidence. By the time I was in the chair, I felt as if I already knew her. We would have engaging conversations, which completely took my mind away from the procedure! She is very friendly and supportive, just an all round pleasure to be around! Session by session, we got to know each other better, and Chloe gave me a very personalised experience by asking me specific questions about topics we had spoken about in previous sessions, which makes you realise you’re far more than just a customer to her.
