I saw Nicola a year ago now, after some hair loss issues that worried me, I learnt so much about how hair grows and strengthens and what can damage it and cause the issues I had, it's so much more than just looking after your hair! Nicola definitely knows her stuff, and it was one of the best investments I've made, going to see her! Still using the recommended techniques and products and my hair has never been better! It is growing so long and feels so healthy and I can confidently say that I now love my hair! Forever grateful, thank you Nicola xx

I contacted Nicola by email after finding The Wessex Trichology Clinic on line (and reading the reviews) and am so glad I a made that decision! Having spent the last 3 years worrying and a fortune on products to help with hair thinning, I am so relieved and impressed with her care and Professionalism. There was a very comprehensive history and food diary to complete prior to my appointment. All aspects that may affect hair were looked at and this really instilled confidence. Nicola explained everything she did and used ! I left the Clinic with a clear plan to address my issues , including diet, hair products and how often to use them!! I then received the full comprehensive report by email a few days later ! I can honestly say although it was only a week ago , I feel so much more confident about my hair , it is such a huge relief! Took my daughter to see Nicola and was impressed by her professionalism. Nicola is extremely good at what she does. She’s experienced, very thorough, passionate about what she does and cares about her patients. The first treatment was already effective. I particularly like her wholesome approach. We were required to supply medical and lifestyle info, sleeping and eating habits etc prior to consultation. It may seem a bit long winded but it’s necessary in order for Nicola to give you the right diagnosis. Consultation and treatment all happened in a same day so no nonsense and very efficient. After a lifetime of truly believing that my hair would never improve, thank goodness I made the decision to visit Wessex Trichology Clinic. It has been 3 months today since my first appointment and I feel like my hair is finally healthy strong and growing! Niki is amazing and I felt listened to from the very beginning- which is an important thing for me as this hair problem I had felt like something no one could sympathise with or take seriously so I was so happy that my problem was actually diagnosed and a plan was put in place to improve it…. And it is working 😃
