After loosing a patch of hair to my scalp I met with Demi who assessed me and following a diagnosis of alopecia areata, has been a life saver. She has been measured, honest and patient. We’ve worked together over a period of time following a treatment plan, and my scalp has now completely recovered. I can’t thank her enough for the help, support and advice she’s given to me. Highly recommend.

Anyone who is suffering with any form of hair thinning or hair loss, please do not hesitate to make an appointment to see Demi. I was reluctant at first because I have never experienced hair loss before and didn’t want to be paying for treatment that wasn’t reliable or relevant to my hair loss. Honestly, I did a lot of research before contacting Demi. There are several places who offer free consultation but didn’t appear to be as knowledgeable and experienced as Demi. Demi made me an appointment to see her very quickly. I was extremely nervous and suffering with added anxiety over my hair loss. Demi made me feel better and diagnosed my condition but was also honest in telling me I was going to lose more hair. I was absolutely devastated to hear this but she proceeded to do me a personal plan and treatment which involved supplements, shampoo and a scalp / hair routine plan. This was also done as a report that I sent to my doctor. This was last year and fast forwarding ahead. I have some hair growth returning and still continue with Demi’s advice. I still order the shampoo too. The main thing is this cost me £199 and not once did Demi push further sales on me. She supported me and was extremely professional in all she did. My experience at Midlands Trichology has been nothing but positive. I have always been made to feel comfortable and supported by Demi, who does everything with great care. When I went in for my first consultation it was the first time someone had taken my hair loss concerns seriously. I felt like I was given lots of information about different treatments in order for me to make an informed decision about my treatment plan. The whole appointment was conducted with a high level of empathy and I was also offered advice about hair washing and scalp care which have helped me a lot. Every time I have attended the clinic since for treatment Demi has been friendly, welcoming and professional, making me feel at ease. The results that I have experienced since coming here have been beyond what I thought, and has given me so much confidence, allowing me to live life without the worry of hair loss being at the front of my mind.
