I have nothing but great things to say. From consultation, fitting and maintenance - excellent at communicating and I'm so happy with the results. Really great team that works there, Emilie has been doing my fittings and she's so knowledgable and I really look forward to catching up with her!

Went to TruHair after my previous hair system salon shut down. There’s no need to be nervous here – the staff are really friendly and skilled at what they do. You can tell they genuinely care about making sure their clients look their best. Recommend💯😎💇‍♂️

After a terrible experience with someone else taking my deposit and then messing me around, I requested a refund and I decided to give TruHair a call and wow!!!!! They were so helpful and polite. although they are extremely busy, the owner Tom stayed over on a Friday evening to fit me in! This place is very discreet for privacy however is very comfortable, clean, friendly. I could not recommend these guys enough! My confidence levels going out in public with out a hat on now has gone from 0 to 100 real quick! Thanks again and I will see you all again soon 👌👍

Tom F and the Tru Hair team are miracle workers. My son (14) has been suffering with alopecia for the past 3 years and has lost the majority of his hair and his confidence. Since having a bad experience with another company for a wig and his self esteem and self image being at rock bottom, I searched the web and I’m so glad I found Tru Hair. We were very apprehensive initially but during our consultation, Tom put us all at ease and he was confident he could create a hair system for our son that would look natural. His professionalism and expertise really put my son at ease and gave him confidence that he could deliver the result he was hoping for. Within the hour my son had his template done, colour matched and even curl type discussed. My son really wanted his system to be ready for the start of school in September and Tom pulled out all the stops to make sure this happened. The system looks fantastic and my son walked into school with no hat on for the first time in 3 years. His confidence has sky rocketed in the past two weeks and it’s all down to Tom and the Tru Hair team. We are forever grateful and just wish we knew about you sooner. Thank you 😊
