Rosanna is incredibly professional, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her. She restored my confidence after I lost some hair following an illness and struggled with ongoing hair shedding. Her solution made me feel like me again. She is an amazing woman whose care, understanding, and expertise made such a difference, and I felt supported every step of the way. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Had been to a previous salon with not a very good experience then came to Crown of Roses and a very difference experience all together Rossanna was very helpful and I was very pleased with the result.

I went to another wig fitter in Bromsgrove when I knew I was going to lose my hair as a result of chemo. Unfortunately the wig they sold me was uncomfortable and insecure on my head. It was also much too dark for my colouring. As a result of the above experience, I didnt wear the wig and instead stuck with turbans and similar head coverings. I found Rosanna on a Google search and reading the reviews, thought she might be able to help. I was right and she really listened to what I wanted. I now have a wig I am confident in wearing - far more comfortable and secure and a much better colour and style. I thoroughly recommend Rosanna to anyone who is experiencing hair loss. She is very understanding and has an array of hair solutions to suit everyone.
