I first met Rita of Sussex Trichosolutions about 6yrs ago. My confidence and self worth were very low, and my hair was thinning. I had a meeting with Rita in her office, and she was very kind and understanding. She did a thorough examination of my scalp and hair which I found fascinating and with her help and expertise I have learnt a lot about my hair. Rita has been very honest and clear with me about my options. I am still with her and I'm being completely honest when I say my confidence is rising all the time. Her colouring, styling and cutting skills are brilliant and she knows how to cut and style for thinning hair, whatever the reason causing it. I always look forward to seeing her - about once every 10 weeks or so. I now look upon Rita as my hair guru and friend. 🩷

I wish I had contacted Rita ages ago and not tried to self diagnose my hair thining hair on my own through Google searches, pointless supplements and shampoos! Rita's breadth and depth of knowledge on all things related to hair and scalp conditions is amazing.
