I had a massive hair loss due to a chemical used on my hair, luckily my hair will grow back and that's when i contacted Carol to make me look like me again. Carol has changed my life!!! Carol got me a wig sorted to look like i had hair again, it looks so amazing and real and cannot thank her enough. I really am considering to just stick with wigs from now on. Carol is so honest and makes you just look beautiful again. Such a inspirational and a lovely lovely lady!

Loosing hair is stressful for anyone no matter the reason . For me it was Cancer treatment. Carole was supportive from day one with both myself and my daughter. She has expertise around wigs that is second to none. She is understanding and caring Not ready to be photographed yet but I cannot recommend this lady enough on my way home i had confidence to go shopping i looked and felt good.

I am currently undergoing chemotherapy treatment and I have lost/loosing my hair. I went to see Carol for a wig consultation. She had told me that she could take my NHS voucher and it says on her website that she was NHS approved (it turns out that she is not NHS approved and she wouldn't be able to take my voucher). I only stayed for around 10-15 mins as she only had 3 wigs for me to try on which didn't suit me, she kept showing me more photos of wigs on her phone and said she could order them in for me. But I had really wanted to try some on, so I said that I would go away and think about it. She charged me £40 for the 10-15 min "consultation". I then was recommended another supplier who is registered and who had a lot more wigs to try on. It turns out that Carol is not NHS approved and that I shouldn't have been charged the £40 as NHS consultations are free.
