The Hair Regime

Having been a client of Daria's for many years, I know her and Shonna very well yet they continue to amaze me with their skill and knowledge in every area of hair care! Every time you visit it is several hours well spent in good company with beautiful results, great skill and very fair pricing. Several years ago I moved out of somerset and I still commute from Bristol to get my hair done with Daria as she is (beyond any doubt) worth the trip!

My cousin had her hair coloured here on 19/09/25. Her finished look wasn’t exactly like the photo she showed the stylist, however she was happy to accept that. She then went away and after 2 hair washes ( with the product recommended by the salon ) Her hair dye had totally wash out ( Please see photos of before and after attached ). My cousin then contacted the salon to notify them about this and they responded saying, that she was lying, and that she had washed it more then twice. They then said she could come in for them to try to rectify it however she would have to pay another £90 on top of the £155 she had already paid them. She then asked for a refund so she could get it done elsewhere however they refused both full and partial refund. She has since gone elsewhere and had to have it rectified, costing her more expense. Her hair now however looks exactly like she asked from the inspo photo shown, the salon she went to were very sympathetic and understanding to the situation, they couldn’t believe how she had been treated, and even gave her a discount as a good will gesture as they felt bad about her previous experience from yourselves. We have sent numerous forms of comms, however we are still yet to see a resolution and receive any compensation for this. If you didn’t feel as though you could fulfill my cousins vision in the inspo photo, you should have made her aware of this and been honest before taking her money. As you aware she is 6 months pregnant and doesn’t need this stress. I would appreciate some sort of response on this asap? Either on here or directly to her. Many thanks SP

Shonna is such an amazing hairdresser that even though I have moved 20 miles away I still travel for her to do my hair. Daria cuts my teenage son's hair and her barber skills are brilliant. Recommend 100%
