After a so-so initial appointment when I purchased a wig and a couple of nylon caps, I ordered a few more wigs to try. The second visit was fantastic. Beth was welcoming, knowledgeable and very helpful indeed. She readily expressed her opinion and offered plenty tips and advice (which was precisely what I needed and rather expected from the start). If I was to base this review purely on the 2nd appointment, it would be 5*.

The help and support I have received at Betty Brown Wigs over the last few years has been superb. Both Emma and Beth treat their customers with care and respect, knowing that the majority have found it difficult to walk through the door. I come out feeling "like a new woman" after being advised and guided into making the correct choice of hair. And I have a hair cut as well - what more could a girl want? Thanks !

Chose a wig last week and collected it today. Behind was so helpful and supportive. Advised about aftercare and products. Thought I would be embarrassed but was put at ease straight away. Very dignified and no pressure at all. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Belinda
