I have just had my third treatment with Lois and cannot recommend her enough. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable yet so kind and reassuring. She explained the procedure step by step and gave me time to ask questions, relieving any anxieties I had. I have never felt rushed or pressured. The clinic is immaculate and feels very calming.I will definitely be returning. Thank you Lois.

I would not usually visit a clinic as they make me feel uncomfortable but after a recommendation I had my initial consultation with Lois who was very friendly and knowledgeable and put me at ease. Everyone is very friendly and you are made to feel welcome in a lovely calm environment. I have now had three treatments with Emily, two Dermalux and last Wednesday I had an Age Element facial which was great - my skin feels and looks much better. Emily is very friendly and professional, and I will definitely book more treatments.

I had the most wonderful experience. I had a consultation with Lois who was so kind and understanding of what I needed . She then arranged a bespoke facial with Emily which was absolutely fabulous. Emily was really lovely and I came away with glowing , fresh skin and feeling completely pampered . I cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely return .
