Payment options can be split leaving a 50% deposit, and paying the rest in about 4 months time, depending on purchases. Appointments can be fit to your lifestyle and schedule. Aftercare for your hair is included, including facetimes when washing, re fitting hair systems for the first time if not returning to the salon for a few months. I attended this clinic for an appointment to discuss hair integration services offered. Overall very poor experience: I had to ask to see an example of their mesh integration system and of their newer meshless system - these were not forthcoming until I insisted Despite asking, they were not able to show me colour swatches showing the hair colours I could choose from. They gave me no indication of prices of their systems (said they would email me estimates but nothing has arrived as yet!). They said they could not effect any repairs to the hair system if any problem developed after wearing when attending for maintenance - i would have to buy a complete new system for any minor problem. All together, this is not an establishment I would consider giving my business to.

Do not use this place. Very untrustworthy. Take advantage of people in desperation. I ordered a hair topper here when I was losing a lot of my hair due to illness, cost me £1,000 , took 2 months to arrive and was completely the wrong colour for my hair. Colour and quality was shocking. Currently going through small claims court to receive a refund of £1,000 plus interest.
